If any part of your neon sign arrives damaged or isn’t functioning properly, please contact our customer service for a free replacement—no return needed. If you choose to return a product for other reasons, please ensure it’s well protected with the original sponge packaging to prevent shipping damage.

Upon receiving your sign, please inspect it for any issues. If damaged, place the enclosed “Warm Tips” card on the affected area, take clear photos, and send them to our support team. If no photos are submitted, we will consider the order accepted as-is.
