- Return Window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Custom-made neon signs (personalized text/designs) are final sale and non-returnable.
- Proof of purchase (order #) required.
How to Return an Item
Contact Support: Email neonora.shop@gmail.com with your order # and reason for return.
Get Approved: We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and instructions within 48 hours.
Ship Back: Securely package the item, include the RMA #, and send to: 7 E 15th street, Los Angeles, CA 90015, USA
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (tracking recommended).
- Exceptions: Free return labels provided for damaged/defective items.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds issued within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Method: Refunded to the original payment method.
Deductions: Costs may be deducted for damage/loss due to improper packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report Immediately: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
Resolution: We’ll ship a free replacement or refund you—no return required!
